One person is dead after a crash in Montgomery County last night.
22-year-old Nathan Cole Jefcoat, from Franklin County, was driving on Route 8 towards Christiansburg when his car ran off the road and hit a tree around 8:40 last night.
First responders attempted life saving measures.
Jefcoat was later pronounced dead at the scene.
