LIBERTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Richard Lheureux, of Liberty, bought a $20 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
Lheureux bought his winning Instant Millions ticket from Kangaroo Express on East Swannanoa Avenue in Liberty.
He claimed his prize on Tuesday.
After required federal and state tax withholdings, he took home $71,506.
