Body found in High Rock Lake in Davidson County

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A body has been found in High Rock Lake, according to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say the body was found at about 11 a.m.near a swimming or boating access in the area of Beckner Road.

There was no sign of a boat or any watercraft.

The sheriff’s office has not revealed the name of the victim.
