HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — One person was shot at a High Point Walmart on Tuesday afternoon, a retired firefighter on the scene tells FOX8.
The shooting happened at the Walmart on 2710 North Main Street. The retired firefighter who spoke to FOX8 reportedly treated the victim’s gunshot wound before EMS arrived.
There is a large police presence currently gathered outside the store, and police tape is blocking the entrance.
The extent of the victim’s injuries is unknown.
No suspect information is available at this time.
