GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Traffic snarled in Greensboro after a wreck.
All lanes of traffic were closed on Thursday after a wreck involving a tractor-trailer.
It’s unknown how many other vehicles are involved or if there were any injuries, but the interstate is closed near the Randleman Road and South Elm Eugene exits.
