Authorities held a brief news conference on Monday afternoon to announce that the 2-year-old boy abducted from a Giles County church nursery has been found and he is safe.
The Giles County Sheriff’s Office held a news conference at about 1:45 p.m. with the update that Nohah had been found safe.
A second news conference is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
At 7 p.m, Virginia State Police issued an Amber Alert for Noah, who, at about 11:50 a.m., was taken from Riverview Baptist Church on Big Stony Creek Road in Ripplemead, Virginia, in Giles County.
