As of 10 a.m., authorities said one lane is back open on US-460 West.
The left shoulder, right lane and right shoulder remain closed and traffic is backed up for about 1.5 miles, according to VDOT.

Authorities said someone is possibly trapped inside the tractor-trailer.

A tractor-trailer crash is causing delays on US-460 in Campbell County, according to VDOT.
Authorities said the accident happened near Rt. 662.
As of 7:23 a.m., the westbound left shoulder, right lane and right shoulder are closed.
