All southbound traffic on Interstate 81 is closed about 2 miles south of the Buchanan exit.
A crash involving two tractor-trailers and another vehicle at mile marker 160.1 has all lanes currently closed.
Rescue crews are at the scene, working to extract one person trapped in one of the vehicles.
