Several non-emergency phone lines are down in our area Tuesday morning.
As of 11:45 a.m., non-emergency phone lines in Roanoke County and Blacksburg are not operational.
Residents are asked to call the following numbers instead until the issue is resolved:
- Blacksburg – 540-382-4343
- Roanoke County – 540-283-6597
Authorities urge community members to only call 911 in the event of an emergency.
All phone companies involved are working to resolve the issue and 10 News will provide an update once all lines are restored.
