With winter weather rolling through much of Central and Southwest Virginia, there are now a few road closures in place due to icy conditions and vehicle crashes.
As of 12:30 p.m., here’s a look at what you can expect Saturday morning if you plan on hitting the road:
- Roanoke County – On Route 694 in the vicinity of Mowles Road all north and south lanes are closed due to icy conditions
- Bath County – Route 606 southbound at McGraw Gap Road and Sam Snead Highway is closed due to icy conditions
- Pittsylvania County – On US-29 in the vicinity of Rt. 9313E/W, the north right lane and right shoulder are closed due to a vehicle crash
