YADKIN COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — An Elkin man faces 10 charges connected with child sex crimes, according to the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office.
On April 11, the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a sexual offenses with a child.
Deputies investigated and issued a warrant for Janior Geovanny Galeano-Lopez, 21, of Elkin, on three counts of statutory rape of a child, six counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of statutory sex offense with a child.
Galeano-Lopez was served his warrant on Sept. 15. He received a $350,000 secured bond.
