EDEN, N.C. (WGHP) — Ellen Wilson, of Eden, bought a $20 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
Wilson bought her winning Big Cash Payout ticket from the Sheetz on Freeway Drive in Reidsville.
She arrived Friday to claim her prize.
After required federal and state tax withholdings, she took home $71,506.
