A baby boy was abducted in Giles County on Sunday morning, according to the Rich Creek Police Department.
At about 11:50 a.m., the child was taken from Riverview Baptist Church on Big Stony Creek Rd.
According to authorities, the child weighs about 50 pounds, was wearing a gray t-shirt and has a red birthmark on the back of his neck.
Deputies believe he is with a man or woman in an older model black van with an Army sticker on the back and possibly headed toward West Virginia.
Authorities have provided a picture of Kim Whitlow Thomas and would like to speak with her regarding the missing child.
Anyone who has any information regarding the child’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
