A 47-year-old man has died after crashing in Pittsylvania County Saturday night, according to Virginia State Police.
Authorities say the crash happened at about 7:17 p.m. on Deer View Road, which is one mile east of Rockford School Road.
According to state police, Joseph Earl Green, of Danville, was going east in a 2002 Honda CRV when he ran off the left side of the road and overturned several times. He died at the scene.
Officers say he was wearing his seat belt.
The crash remains under investigation, according to authorities.
