WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Three men have been arrested and charged in connection to the Monday afternoon shooting of a 48-year-old man, the Winston-Salem Police Department reports.
According to a news release, around 3:40 p.m. Monday, officers with the WSPD responded to a shooting in the 1900 block of East Twenty-Fourth Street.
Arriving officers found a 48-year-old Winston-Salem man who had been shot several times. He was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
According to a news release, the following individuals were arrested and charged on Thursday.
Izayiah Anajj Nieves, 18, was arrested and charged with:
- Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury
- Felony Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle
- Felony Conspiracy to Commit a Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle
- Misdemeanor Resist, Delay & Obstruct a Public Officer
Davonte Omar Lewis, 18, was arrested and charged with:
- Felony Conspiracy to Commit a Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle
- Misdemeanor Resist, Delay & Obstruct a Public Officer
Rahzier Lamond Delapp, 19, was arrested and charged with:
- Felony Conspiracy to Commit a Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle
- Misdemeanor Resist, Delay & Obstruct a Public Officer
